El Pastor's co-founders lived in Mexico City for several years, so when opening their first restaurant in Borough Market, their mission was to recreate authentic Mexican street food in a setting true to its roots. We developed a visually exciting and eclectic brand owing a great debt to José Guadalupe Posada.
